What payment methods do you accept?

VitaMia accepts a wide variety of Payment Options including all Major Credit Cards, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Shop Pay and others. 

Express Payments - If your device is logged into Paypal, Google Pay or Apple Pay, you should have the option to make an express payment directly from the product pages without having to add the item to the cart, or go to the checkout page.

If you do not see your preferred method of express pay, click on the link in the product page that shows more payment options.

To pay by credit card, add the item to your cart then proceed to checkout where you will first be prompted to add your billing and shipping information, and afterwards, you will be asked to provide your creidt card information.

Installment Payments- We have partnered with Shop Pay, one of the largest payment processors, to offer interest free installment payments. If you choose this option, your bill will be devided into 3 equal payments which will be charged to your creidt card over 3 months. To learn more about this, click on the "Shop Pay Installments, Learn More" link which appears on each product page

All credit card payments are handled securely via Shopify, a 3rd party payment processor. We do not have access to, or store any of your payment information.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. If you do want to create an account, follow the prompts at checkout.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@vitamiausa.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via sales@yourstorename.com, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

Typically we process and ship orders whithin the same business day. If you contact us to alter the order prior to it shipping, we can adjust your order. 

When will my order arrive?

Orders ship either the same business day, or the next business day, depending on the time of day the order was received and the number of orders in que. 

All order of breast pumps ship via  Free UPS Ground from our New Jersey warehouse. Transit time for UPS ground can vary from 1-5 days depending on which area of the country your order is shipping to. You can search UPS transit times from Zip Code 08701 to get more specific transit times.

We do  offer express shipping options at check out, the cost is calculated at check out and is based on the actual fees charged by the shipping carrier.

Accessories will typically shipped via Free USPS Priority Mail and can take between 1-5 days in transit.  

What countries do you ship to?

Our products are charged using USB as a power source, so they can be used globally. We can ship to most countries and the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.

How much is shipping?

We offer Free UPS Ground shipping whithin the Continental U.S. (48 States). We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout.  Unfortunately, due to higher costs, we are unable to offer Free Shipping to Hawaii and Alaska. 

For Residents of Hawaii and Alaska, as well as International Customers, shipping will be calculated at check out.


Notice - Although we do not charge for standard shipping, shipping is not free, but it is included in the cost of the item. In fact, on some of our products ,accessories in particular, shipping represents a significant portion of the total cost. We do not charge seperately for shipping as based on our experience customers don't like surpizes at checkout. 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.


Can I return or exchange an item?

We do accept returns within 14 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

If their is an issue with your product please contact us as soon as you are become aware of it. Our products go through a rigid quality control process and it is rare for their to be defects, issues can usually be resolved via our Troubleshooting Section.

How do I return an item?

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team via info@vitamiausa.com with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours. If you just don’t like the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

Troubleshooting and User Guide

Before Using

Please charge the batteries fully before use. Like all Lithium-Ion Batteries fully charging and discharging batteries  the first few times of use, and doing so periodically afterwards will extend the life of the batteries.

The collection cups, bottles and all parts of the pump that contact milk should be washed with anti-bacterial soap prior to use. This is a good practice for all items that come in contact with babies.

We do not recommend steam sterlizers or high heat dishwasher settings for these pumps. While the flanges are made of silicone, which has a high tolerance for heat, repeated exposure to steam heat can eventually cause the silicone parts to slightly lose their shape, requiring them to be replaced pre-maturely. The hard plastic parts, for example, the white collection cup caps on our wearbale double pump, should not be exposed ot steam heat at all, doing so will cause it to lose it's shape and airtight seal.


My Breast Pump is not expressing adequately, or at all.

We are going to assume that no posibility is to obvious based on our experience, and the fact that most of our customers are recovering from child birth, and even more are sleep deprived to their adorable little additions.

  1. Make sure the pump is fully charged
  2. With our double pumps, place your finger breifly over the pump in the slot where the air hose connects and raise to the highest setting, you should feel some suction this will verify that the breast pump motor is working
  3.  Make sure that the collection cup is connected properly to both the flange and the diaphragm, the lid of the collection cup should be underneath these parts all the way around the circumference, otherwise it will allow air pressure to escape and inhibit the function of the breast pump.
  4. The pump needs to be right side up, for our single wearable pump, this means the motor should be on top, for our double wearable pump, the white cap where the air house is inserted should be at the top.
  5. Specific to our double pumps, make sure both hoses are insrted tightly at both ends
  6. For the VitaMia Wearable Double Breast Pump, if the white cap was exposed to steam heat, it may lose its shape, making it unable to form an airtight fit on the pump. It's best to avoid this issue, but if it has occured, contact us

The pump is leaking

  1. Our wearable breast pumps have a notch in both the collection cup as well as the flanges, this allows you to pour out the milk without having to remove the flange, when assembling, make sure that those notches are aligned.
  2. Make sure that the collection cup is inserted into the flange all the way around the circumference.
  3. When removing the pump from the breast after use, remove it by holding it from the flange, so the flange and collection cup do not seperate and cause a leak.

Only one side of my double breast pump is working

Both of our double breast pumps run on a single pump motor, so if one side is working, the issue is not with the breast pump motor. Here are the steps you can take to trouble shoot the problem.

  1. Make sure the pump is assemble correctly, as per the tips in "my pump is not expressing"
  2. If it is a new pump, check to make sure the hose is inserted tightly on both ends
  3. For an older pump, it is possible that the hose became stretched over time, you can remedy this by cutting the stretched tip of the hose evenly, which will then give you a "fresh" tip
  4. Check to see if there is a blockage in the hose. When used properly, nothing should enter the air hose, however it can happen, particularly if it was used when the diphragm was not properly attached

What Size Flange do I Need

Our wearable breast pumps by default with 24mm flanges, this is suitable for the vast majority of users, however, it will not work for everyone. In order to determine the size flange you need, 2mm should be added to the measurements of your nipple. If the flange is slightly larger than you measurements, it shouldn't cause much of an issue, however if your nipple is larger or even the same size as the flange opening, it can cause severe discomfort and limit the effectiveness of the breast pump. 

We do have some smaller flange adaptors available to our customers upon request, once we are able to secure a larger inventory of them, we will list them in our online store.
